Once your plane lands and you finish the passport control procedures, please notify us as soon as your passport has been stamped so we can begin preparing your vehicle. After collecting your luggage, head to the meeting point with our representative, as shown in the photo and video we previously shared with you during the booking process.
Our reception staff will welcome you there—please provide them with your name so they can identify you. As soon as you give your name, the staff member will contact your designated driver. Usually, the car arrives within 10 minutes from its parking spot at the airport, and then your journey to your hotel or final destination begins with comfort and privacy.
These arrangements make it easy to recognize you quickly and guarantee a smooth, stress-free transfer experience.
Instructions Upon Arrival at Istanbul Airport
When you arrive at the airport, one of our welcoming staff members will be waiting for you inside the arrivals hall, specifically at Gate 13 next to the Route66 sign. All you need to do is approach our representative, as shown in the photos or video we previously shared with you. Once you give your name, the staff member will verify your details and immediately contact the driver to prepare the car that will take you to your destination.
Please note that the vehicle will not be waiting at the same spot as the reception point. Instead, it will come from the designated parking area, which usually takes about 10 minutes. We kindly ask you to wait patiently at your location, and the staff member will guide you as soon as the car arrives.
Your designated vehicle will remain available for 1.5 to 2 hours maximum. Therefore, if you expect that airport procedures will take longer than usual (e.g., long queues at passport control or delayed luggage), please notify us immediately via phone call or WhatsApp so we can extend or coordinate accordingly.
Typically, the available van at the airport will be dispatched to you, fully equipped for a safe and comfortable ride. However, please remember that this vehicle is exclusively reserved for you, and any unjustified delay or no-show at the scheduled time may result in time and financial losses for our company. That’s why we kindly ask for your cooperation and communication whenever needed.
If you face any unexpected situation inside the airport—such as a delay, difficulty finding our representative, or any confusion—please contact us immediately via the phone number provided or through WhatsApp. We also kindly request that you do not attempt to reach your hotel or home by other means without coordination with us, since the car has been dispatched specifically for you, and any change without notice may cause conflicts with our schedules or commitments.
It is important that you meet with your assigned reception staff member. Occasionally, the staff may need to step away briefly (to use the restroom or answer a work call). If they are not present at the exact moment you arrive, please remain waiting at the sign. Rest assured, they will return promptly. We are committed to providing an organized and clear reception, and we will never leave our guest unattended.
Important Notes to Facilitate Communication & Transfer
- Rare circumstances: In rare cases (such as sudden heavy snowfall, an accident before your scheduled transfer, or a major emergency at the airport causing significant delays), a small additional fee (minimum $10) may be applied to cover unexpected expenses.
- Connect to airport Wi-Fi: Upon leaving the plane, we strongly recommend connecting your mobile phone to the airport’s free Wi-Fi network. This will allow us to communicate with you directly and speed up coordination with the driver, especially during luggage claim.
- Night arrivals surcharge: If your arrival time is between 12:00 midnight and 9:00 AM, a small additional fee may apply (up to $10) due to drivers working outside regular hours.
- Extra luggage policy: If you arrive with more luggage than what was previously informed, we may need to provide an additional vehicle to carry the extra bags. Please inform us accurately before your trip so we can arrange properly.
- Payment methods: Payment can be made in cash directly to the driver upon arrival, or via a bank transfer in Turkish Lira to our official account. Unfortunately, credit/debit card payments are not available at the moment.
- Toll roads option: By default, we use the regular (non-toll) road for transfers. If you prefer the faster toll highway to save time, just let us know, and we will include it in the transfer plan.
